Packaging
At Ash & Axe I want the experience of opening the packaging of your handcrafted item to be part of the experience. I try to match my items with with simple but beautiful packaging.
Where possible all internal packaging is recycled. Throughout 2021 over 90% of my packaging was utilising recycled materials.
Delivery & Postage
Items ordered through the website are posted through Royal Mail signed for delivery. If you would like an alternative delivery method then please email to discuss.
Items are generally dispatched 1-4 days after purchase
Delivery is available worldwide through Royal Mail

All prices are exclusive of customs charges, which may be added in accordance with the destination's guidelines. Please note that customers are responsible for any import or other tax or fees that may be payable when purchasing internationally.
Returns
If in the rare event you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your order, send it back in its original packaging within 30 days and I will issue a full refund. You will be responsible for return postal payment by the same method it was sent to you, tracked and signed.
