Available is a stunning English yew burr knife with curved carving blade
 
Blade: Made from 1095 tool steel and hand forged into a unique shape wich engages better with the wood. These are sharpened (flat grind) and are ready for use. Blade length: 60mm 
 
Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of English yew with beautiful characteristic patternation. The yew was felled in the County of Suffolk.
 
The trim is 5000 year old bog oak dug up, quarter sawn and kiln dried from the East Anglian fens.
 
Leather: The knife is being sold with a blade slip- handstitched leather sheath to cover the blade 
 
To help keep your handle in good condition the knife includes a tin of Ash & Axe organic Cambridge beeswax and tung oil wax.
