This Ash + Axe old oak from Epping Forest leather card holder has been hand cut from full grain vegetable tanned leather in a walnut brown and tan. The thick leather has been soaked in water to soften it and then gently tapped over the bark of a 400 year old plus tree in the beautiful Epping Forest
 
The leather was stitched by hand using a saddlery needle with 1mm tan waxed thread for strength, with the edges of the holder then being finished with a burnished edge. 
 
Being made from leather, a natural material, and hand crafted, this piece is truly unique. The wallet comes with a branded brown pesentation box. The Ash + Axe brand has been hammered into the leather using a custom made brass punch.
 
The wallet also comes with a matching leather and brass snap ring keyring
