Available is a stunning handcrafted Ash & Axe knife with Kay Embretsen hand forged blade
 
Blade: Handforged blade just over 55mm long. The blade is made with a carbon steel center, and mild steel on the sides. This makes the blade easy to sharpen.
 
Handle- The handle is a beautiful piece of curved red deer antler from the Forests of Suffolk followed by ancient bog oak from Lincolnshire and buffalo horn from the Norfolk coast
 
In the rear of the handle has been inserted a piece of solid brass tubing and additional length of hand cut leather thonging. To finish a cap of ancient bog oak has been added and pinned with x2 brass pins
 
Leather- The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather blade slip. The leather is a thick full grain shoulder in a dark tan or black colour and is stitched by hand using a saddle stitch with a thick tan waxed thread.
